Recommended needles
Circular needles
4,5 mm, 5 mm and 6,5 mm, 40 – 60 cm and approx. 80 – 100 cm long.
Gauge, washed and blocked
10 x 10 cm in pattern =
16 stitches x 24 rows/rounds with the middle needle size.
Supplies
Stitch markers, 2 stitch holders or waste yarn, wool needle, measuring tape, scissors.

I-cord
Juulo Cardigan is a cardigan with a V-neck and long sleeves.
Juulo is worked top down flat in stockinette stitch without seams.
First, the shoulders are shaped with in-creases using the contiguous method accord-ing to Susie Myers.
Then you work increases for front pieces, back piece and V-neck.
Thereafter, the sleeve stiches are placed on hold and the body is finished flat separately. It ends with a rolled hem.
You then pick up the held sleeve stitches again and work them in rounds without de-creases. You can either finish the sleeves with wide cuffs or rolled cuffs.
Juulo Cardigan is closed with pretty I-cord laces.
All lengths of the Juulo Cardigan can be adjusted individually.
By the way, Juulo Cardigan is the perfect companion in summer, worked out of a light linen or cotton yarn.
In autumn, it looks particularly good in a pretty tweed yarn.
