The original version combines BC Garn Bio Balance and Tussah Tweed for a soft and lightweight texture.
A summer alternative is Drops Safran with Drops Kid-Silk.
Other sport or fingering weight yarns held double with silk mohair also work well – always check your gauge after washing and blocking.
How many buttons do I need?
You will need 6 to 8 buttons, approximately 12 mm in diameter, depending on size.
