How is the Roosi Blouse constructed?
The Roosi Blouse is worked seamlessly from the top down.

Can I use a different mohair yarn?
Yes. You can use a mohair yarn with silk content from any brand.
Choose a yarn with a similar yardage and make sure you achieve the required gauge. A yarn with a shorter yardage, meaning fewer metres per gram, may create a denser fabric when worked with the same needle size.
Can I knit the Roosi Blouse without mohair?
Yes. The blouse can also be knitted with a single strand of another yarn, such as DROPS Belle, Sandnes Line or Lamana Cosma, or with a warmer yarn such as DROPS Karisma or Sandnes Peer Gynt.
The most important thing is to achieve the required gauge. The finished fabric will have a cleaner appearance and less halo.
Which yarn alternative is closest to the original look?
Double-stranded yarn combinations such as DROPS Kid-Silk or Kremke Soul Wool Kid Cotton are closest to the original look.
DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk is also a good option for a soft, warmer fabric. The required gauge is always the deciding factor.
