Aarven Longsleeve Junior is a classic longsleeve shirt with saddle shoulders. The sleeves are slim cut and the body has a comfortable width. Aarven is worked seamlessly top down in stockinette stitch and, with the step-by-step instruction, can easily be made by ambitious beginners, too. The longsleeve has a pretty, round neckline that is shaped with short rows. The increases for the shoulders, raglan seams and sleeves are worked with right and left leaning stitches. Then the stitches for the sleeves are placed on hold and the body is worked in rounds. The body ends with a short hem and a small rolled edge. The held sleeve stitches are placed back onto the needle and are worked in rounds with decreases. Due to the top-down technique, all lengths can be adjusted individually.
