The Heedi Sweater is a straight-cut pullover with a round neckline and wide, distinctive cuffs.

It is knitted seamlessly from the top down, with shaped shoulders, smooth transitions, and fully adjustable lengths.

The upper back is worked flat in rows; the shoulders are shaped with short rows, and armholes are formed with increases. The front pieces are then knitted directly onto the back and joined at the neckline.

Body and sleeves are worked in the round, with the sleeve stitches picked up along the edges – no seaming required.

A special technique creates the characteristic wide cuffs and hem: the stitches are first bound off, then picked up again.
